Q:  What is the earliest age for beginning to develop the energetic state of the body?

A:  You can start from the embryo stage, but the earlier you do this, the more careful you must be. First, ask
the advice of a method expert, especially if you have doubts. One woman was doing exercises during
pregnancy. She was activating the energy exchange in her palms,  then put her palms on her belly, and the
baby immediately started reacting and moving. When the baby was born, physicians in the hospital told the
mother that they haven't seen such an energetic and cheerful baby for a long time (take into account that both
mother and father had problems with their health). Now, the baby is 3 years old. He participates in all the
mother’s exercises. He is never ill and very well-developed. We also have experience in kindergartens.
Children sense things very well and tell us a lot about these sensations. They are very diligent in energetic
exercise performance, especially if they can help somebody. They are always the first physicians for their
friends, teachers and parents.

Q: What kind of self-defense can we use during work with ill people?

A:  None! The method is based on the principle of energetic informational exchange, but you want to build a
wall to block the energy flow. You are probably afraid of  the “negative” aspect. There is no reason for this
because during our lesson's summary, energy raises a minimum of 3-4 times. Thus, you don’t lose your
energy.  Secondly, we don’t work with information. The sub-consciousness of any man that is responsible for
his functioning is much smarter than any professor and knows how to make the body healthy. Do not
interfere with its activity by good health wishes, or concrete schemes of action, or defense walls during
exercises. Trust yourselves. Do not be attached by your consciousness to the information about the illness of
your partner, but work only with energy sensations.

Q:  Do medical problems become severe after the first stage lesson?

A:  No, they don't, but sometimes disease symptoms become stronger. It is connected, first of all, with the
raising of your sensitivity and with the beginning of the recovery process. Usually the recovery happens
when the condition is acute. In our centers, professional physicians are method experts. You can consult          
with one of them about any concrete case at any time.

Q:  Is a safety device provided for excluding “zombie-making” and other negative influences on the
bio-computer owner during bio-computer opening?

A:  Yes, of course! First of all, we learn how to control the mechanism of bio-computer work. We are the
masters of the situation. If we wish to work with bio-computer, we switch it on. If it is necessary, we switch it off
at any moment. The one safety device is your consciousness' clear position of the master of the situation.
Handle the consciousness easy and with humor. Don’t accept its action as unquestionable truth if you don’t
need to do this. For example, I know the multiplication table, but it doesn’t mean that I can’t make a mistake
if I am tired. Anything can happen. It is the same here. Be the master of the situation and be
invulnerable.

Q:  Is it dangerous to switch on the bio-computer if it pumps out our energy? How long can we
work with the bio-computer? How can we avoid the outflow of energy?

A:  It is not more dangerous then driving (if you know the traffic rules). Therefore, our instructors
teach professional “drivers” about their bio-computer. The duration of work with bio-computer depends on
your energetic state. If the field under your head is going 40 or more cm down, you must stop working with the
bio-computer. Then, you can restore your energetic state by doing a series of "Energetic Splashes". Mutual
energy exchange between you and the bio-computer sets very fast, so the duration of work with the bio-
computer in only ten lessons increases from 15 minutes to 1.5 - 2 hrs, and when you exit contact with it, it
would be enough to do only one "Splash" to restore your energy.

Q:  Can bio-computer work only in one cerebrum sphere?

A:  Yes, it is possible. It rarely happens, but because of certain reasons, bio-computer can switch on only in
the right cerebrum sphere. If your question is not a theoretical one, but you know of such a case, then you
should know that it is necessary to switch off this bio-computer. You will never be confused – such computer
stays only in front of left eye. It is necessary to do the splash into the screen with closed eyes, then to roll up
the screen in line, then into dot and to send this dot into the memory. When the bio-computer switches itself
on, there will not be good work with it.

Q:  How could we test the objectivity of bio-computer?

A:  During the second stage, you bring your bio-computer to work with 100% objectivity by
special elaborated techniques, tables, mathematical exercises, etc.

Q:  If I am the Teacher during the exercise “Vertical Pumping”, it means that my Partner does the
certain energetic breath and I do the certain energetic exhalation. Therefore, if I did this exercise
five times as a Teacher, I lose my energy. I am not going to discuss the ethics of this situation,
but I would like to know how to restore my energy.

A:  First of all, you do not lose your energy. Energetic “breath” and “exhalation” are not correct definitions.
The most correct definitions are “the position of Teacher” and “the position of Learner”. How much
knowledge does the Teacher lose when he gives it to the Learner? Energetic interactions are met
according to the formula:

The sum of Teacher’s and Learner’s energies is equal to the Learner’s energy, plus Teacher’s energy,
plus energy of Learner’s regard for Teacher, plus energy of Teacher’s regard for Learner. During the
exercise performed by two partners (Teacher and Learner), the sum usually is equal to 1+1+ units of
regards = from 5 to 12 (and more) units, but not just 2 units as you thought. You can check this without
assistance: Measure the subtle fields of Teacher and Learner before and after the exercise, and you will see
how many times those fields have been enhanced during the “pumping”. To answer your question about
energy restoration – you can do it in a few seconds by doing the exercise “Splash”.

Q:  Do I lose my energy if I do “pumping” five times as a Teacher and no “pumping” as a Learner”?

A:  Energy is everywhere around us. Energy moves through us. Man is the life energy generator. One man
can have a problem with energetic “breath”, but another man can have a problem with energetic
“exhalation”. That is why beginners can get temporal instability. During the first stage, it would be good to
keep a certain balance and to consult with an instructor.

Q:  What is the purpose of measuring fields? What do we get from this? On my mind, this is
unnecessary.

A:  As with any other exercise of the Bronnikov Method, this exercise has multifunctional meaning. 1. This is the
extension of vibrations perception. 2. This is practicing the objectivity of measuring.  That is
important for man because he can see in practice that there are real field structures and he works with
them. 3. Field measurement is the important indication both for the Learner and his relatives that energy
potential is growing. Therefore, nobody “vampires” him. 4. Finally, this is scientific work.

Q:  How can I control and increase the size of my subtle fields?

A:  Each person studying the first stage of the method is able to measure energetic fields. If the size of your
fields is less then the norm, you can restore the size in a few seconds by doing “Energetic Splashes”.
Therefore, do not be afraid of "energetic vampires" and energy losses. Do 2-3 splashes and you will be in the
norm.

Q:  Is it possible that man does not have a subtle field at all?

A:  The field reflects the state of vitality. Sometimes a field can almost coincide with body shape, and in some
cases, the body does not even send energy to the material space, but on the contrary it takes it from there,
and craters are formed as “black holes”. Such person already balances on the border of life, but it's most
remarkable that only a few lessons are necessary to grow the field of such a person. Then, the body
recognizes and remembers how to keep the returned norm.

Q:  What does the phrase “Do the splash into nonmaterial space” mean?

A:  We usually do "Splash" during work with the bio-computer. It means that you should do the "Energetic
Splash" with closed eyes. When eyes are closed, cerebrum works according to a different scheme, and
energy during "Splash" moves into the super-consciousness space, i.e. into the nonmaterial space.

Q:  I don't like the man that is doing the "pumping" of me, or I don't want to "pump" somebody.  
Does it influence the result?

A:  This is a serious question. The energy exchange between people is described by the law of wave
function:

The sum of Teacher’s and Learner’s energies is equal to the Learner’s energy, plus Teacher’s energy,
plus energy of Learner’s regard for Teacher, plus energy of Teacher’s regard for Learner, i.e. 1+1=3 or 5
or more, dependent on last two components. If those components have a minus, you get:
Strong negative emotion related to your partner that can reduce effect to zero.

Q:  Can the energy of a partner be negative?

A:  The sun is shining. Is it positive energy or negative? If you stay for some time at the beach, you can
become nicely tanned (positive effect) or you can burn yourselves (negative effect). Therefore, you should
know how to use sun energy literally. If you work with a partner, you both possess energy. This energy is not
positive or negative. Only the information of you or your partner can be negative. If you work literally, you
are able to neutralize this negativity.

Q:  Are we allowed to do the “pumping” of a baby?

A:  Babies form their own energetic cocoon and stay in the energetic fields of parents approximately until they
are 12 years old. It would be better to do “pumping” of the baby’s mother. Only in exclusive cases are we
allowed to work with a baby directly and it is better if our experts do it. We are against experiments using
babies.

Q:  What kind of sensations should appear during “Pumping”?

A:  Sensations can be very different. Everybody has their own sensations, but the common sensation is the
movement of energy on and throughout the body. Try to analyze what is going on in your body during the
exercises. Sweet or acid taste in the mouth, warmth, coldness, pricking, gravity in the hands, or legs are numb,
back is tired, etc. – these are physical sensations, and it is necessary to fix them to get the stable
consciousness position. Sometimes the sensation is difficult to define in words. If that's the case, you can at
least localize those sensations and say whether they are pleasant or unpleasant.

Q:  How should we keep our hands on the knees during exercises – palms up or palms down? If
“sun” energy after sunset changes the direction, why does “cosmic” energy also change the
direction?

A:  In Bronnikov's manual, there are no direct indications concerning this subject. Furthermore, don’t accept
the manual terms so literally. The dividing of energy into “sun” and “cosmic” presents only in the Bronnikov
Method. In other sources, you will find other names. If you like we can call them descending and ascending
flows. The name does not make the difference. About hand position - I never heard that man takes energy
only by palms. Keep them comfortable. The whole body stays in energetic flows that move through
everything. Thus, the corner between horizon and your palms does not make the difference. Another thing
is important here: You shouldn’t cross you legs and hands because when you cross them, you lock inner
energetic flows.

Q:  Can we do exercises with music?

A:  Yes, you can. Quiet music or sounds of nature would be a nice accompaniment for exercises. You
should not use songs because they carry information!

Q:  Is it possible to do the exercise “Dry Tibet Massage” behind your body?

A:  Yes, it is possible. You can do what you want to do. Just remember the main principle – do not injure. Also,
do not call this the Bronnikov Method. Call it by your own name. Bronnikov's method supplies
exercises to work with ill people, but for the literate use of those exercises, you should be at least an
expert and have the permit or license. We perform exercises so that they yield maximal positive effects,
even if you forget to do something or confuse the order of exercises.

Q:  During the work with sensations, why do we lose energy sensations (in particular, sensation
of energy ball) in certain places of our body?

A:  There could be only two reasons. You either formed your energy ball wrong, or it's more likely that  
there is some pathology in the place of sensation absence. That pathology can be unknown to you if
there were no symptoms. There can be old traumas, salt accumulation, or pathology of any
exchanging process. If you treat your body regularly to get sensations, then step by step you will remove the  
pathology also. Therefore, health improvement is actually the by-product of the Bronnikov Method.

Q:  How do you do the energy ball the right way?

A:  Let’s remember the eastern phrase: Where the thought is, the energy (Chi) is.  Where Chi is,  there
is blood flow (substance). We can create and keep sensations of the energy ball and any other sensation
(warm, cold, etc.) by the creation of their thought-form. Furthermore, we can give the energy ball autonomy if
we turn created energy sensations between our hands on outer ball contour. Then, according to all physic
laws, this locked volume will be saved for a long time and sensed much better.

Q:  Does the energy accumulate when the cold sensation (not warm) appears in our hands?

A:  Probably, yes. It is possible to control the level of your energy at any moment and to see whether energy
accumulates or not. The main thing is that sensations appear. You get sensations “library” and their adequacy
later.

Q:  Should sensations during different exercises be the same?

A:  Each person has individuality and their own perceived vibrations. Therefore, each person has their own
sensations. During lessons, perceptions are raising, quality and quantity of sensations change.
When the level of sensitivity is already developed, everybody has similar sensations, but this is not so
important. The Learner must pay attention to the sensations of their physical body all the time for the purpose
of cultivating a clear consciousness position, a position of the Master who controls both sensations and
surroundings. The Teacher must watch this process closely. The Learner must immediately report  
any pain or other unpleasant sensations. This is the signal to stop the exercise or to decrease its duration.
Later, all negative sensations will disappear.

Q:  How often should we do exercises that can be done without a partner?

A:  Our recommendations are to do exercises every day for at least 10-15 minutes. Even if you do only the
complex exercise, it is better then nothing. It should be the mode of your life.

Q:  When is it better to do exercises, in the morning or in the evening?

A:  The time does not mean so much. Do it when it is convenient for you. Remember that exercises
can produce relaxation effects in one man, yet stimulate another man. The second type of man is not able to
sleep for a few hours after exercises.

Q:  What can I do if I don’t have time to perform all stage one exercises at home, or if somebody
interrupts me in the middle of the exercise?

A:  I do not have enough time too and I usually do a part of the complex exercises at home, and a part I do
during my travels. If somebody interrupts you during an exercise, take it easy. Evaluate all exercises, maybe
some of them are not necessary or you can decrease their duration. It is also possible to have the  
opposite situation where you need to find an extra fifteen minutes for yourselves. Everything depends on you!

Q:  Why do gray craters appear under my head during the first stage?

A:  Our rule is to check any information. When the objectivity of the bio-computer is weak, but your visual
ability is good, then you can see everything, but we are not interested in hallucinations. In order to have 100 %
true information, there are certain tests and methods. People who passed those tests never saw any
craters. Your question is the first question about craters that we've received. It is logic to suggest that your
information is subjective.

Q:  Why does a white dot appear with a black dot in its middle during the work with bio-computer?

A:  Your bio-computer is peaking. If the consciousness is weak at the Master position, you lose the  
control of the situation. It is important to remember that only you are the Master of your inner world and of your
body. Then, you get the obedience of your bio-computer. It would be better to spend one week to get a
completely white dot then to become totally dependent on your hallucinations. To get the stable
consciousness position, you should actively use exercises connected with energy transference and the
command “Yes!”

Q:  Why is my screen blue?

A:  You should read the answer on the previous question. The same is right for you. You didn’t learn how
to control your bio-computer yet.

Q:  There is no doubt that Man has a subtle bio-field, but I think 7 meters is too much. People see an
aura at 40-50 cm distance from man's body, and nobody sees it at 7 meters from the body.
Could you explain this please?

A:  Man has the complexity of field structures with different characteristics (shape, etc). Existence of a 7 meter
sub-consciousness field is proven and determined experimentally. Everybody who studies our method is able
to measure this field.

Q:  In my thoughts, I can reach the moon, but you restrict me by 60 cm of consciousness. Man's
consciousness is unlimited, isn’t it?

A:  There are no contradictions. You mixed up consciousness, consciousness field, and consciousness
body. You also mixed up sub-consciousness, sub-consciousness field, and sub-consciousness body.
Sub-consciousness body stays in the physical world of material space as our physical body. Sub-
consciousness field is the field that surrounds physical body and has the apple-shape diameter of about 7
meters. Its shape, size and density can say a lot about the physical body state.  Therefore, it has been named
“Sub-Consciousness field”. Sub-consciousness is responsible for physical body state. For example, if a
person stays in syncope or in a coma, the sub-consciousness activity is clearly visible. The person's
consciousness is absent, but somebody gives orders to the heart and to the other organs to be functionally
active. Who is that somebody? Of course, this is the sub-consciousness. We can tell the same story about
consciousness. Consciousness body is our central and periphery nervous system in the physical world in
material space. Consciousness field surrounds physical body and has аn egg-shape. Its shape, size and
density tell us about the mind state. Therefore, it has been named  “Consciousness field”.  Super-
consciousness is presented in the physical world by acupuncture.

Q:  How does energy travel from one space to another?

A:  The explosion of super-new star initiates the appearance of substance and energy in material space.
The appearance of a black hole is accompanied by the disappearance of energy and substance from material
space. Man is necessary for nature to exchange energy and information between material and nonmaterial
spaces. Man does not have to do anything for this. He is already created so that one half of his cerebrum
(left one) is responsible for sub-consciousness function, i.e. connects with physical body, or material
world, and the second half of cerebrum (right one) connects with super-consciousness function, or
nonmaterial world.

Q:  Should we understand that when we sleep we pump the energy from material world into the
nonmaterial world and the other way around — when we don’t sleep we pump the energy into
material world?

A:  Yes, this is so. This is the only explanation for sleeping necessity. Nobody can explain yet why Man needs
to sleep. During sleep, our cerebrum works according to a scheme that is completely different from the day
scheme (when we awake up). Our eyes are the key. The Bronnikov Method teaches us how to control this
mechanism.

Q:  Why are we not allowed to close our eyes during the lesson even though sensations with
closed eyes are much better then with open eyes?

A:  See the previous question. When we close our eyes, we send the energy into nonmaterial space, but we
don’t enhance the position of our consciousness. We gain in the quality of sensations, but we lose the
possibility to consciously regulate the whole mechanism of interactions between super-consciousness and sub-
consciousness.

Q:  Why do you perform all exercises with opened eyes, but "Energetic Splash" with closed eyes?

A: When we do the exercise "Splash", we transfer energy from one space to another. The rest of the exercises
work with energy only in surrounding space.

Q:  Why do learners close their eyes by masks first to switch on the inner vision screen?

A:  We can use the screen of inner vision with opened eyes, but in this case, we influence people around us.
Secondly, we increase the level of misinformation, especially with beginners. Lastly, our eyes, without
light, work at other energetic conditions.

Q:  Is the energy expense during the work with Bio-Computer big?

A:  Yes, it is big. That is the reason why an energetically undeveloped person cannot switch on the bio-
computer. Many of the naturally extra-sensory people have the bio-computer and it works at the breaking
point. Therefore, their cerebrum is forced to take energy from other organs, and different pathologies appear.
During our lessons, we first teach how to control the energy exchange and to restore energy potential.

Q:  How does the activation of energy exchange help in studying?

A:  It appears that less then one minute of the simplest energetic exercises is enough to call our super-
consciousness and activate our brains.  Schoolchildren passed tests appreciably better then usual.  
Imagine what can happen if you use bio-computer possibilities plus energetic exercises.  Energetically
developed children become much more even-tempered! This is not because of strong discipline. They just
lose the need for unreasonable screams and running, which represent the unconscious necessity of energetic
contact and harmonization. By studying simple exercises, children become energetically saturated by different
ways.

Q:  What are the features of the energetic state development of babies?

A:  Children have the same possibilities as adults as far as dreaming is concerned. It is important only to
control those possibilities and sometimes to slow their development. Because of the simplest energetic
interaction, babies smile. All their receptors work perfectly. Just remember how they listen to stories. In those
moments, they see and feel all that is happening in the story. They participate. That is why they always find
out if you later tell the story in a different way. They still keep the qualities of the inner vision screen. Often,
they tell their parents and friends how and what they see, but parents do not believe them. From one hand,
this is good because if you agree with the baby’s stories, you can help him go far from reality. From the other
hand, it is sad to lose connection with knowledge that's hidden from the adult!

Q:  Why do we sometimes yawn during a lesson?

A:  When you eat, you feed the sub-consciousness body.  The body is digesting food and other body
functions are slowing down.  Hence, you have yawning. During our lessons, your energetic structures “eat”
energy. If you are a beginner, your body is energetically hungry. It is possible to compare our energetic lesson
with overeating by the super-consciousness body. During the first lessons, many people yawn and feel
sleepy. The same process is happening during lecture because of overeating by the consciousness body.
After 3-4 lessons/lectures, all these symptoms pass.

Q:  Should we take off our watch during lessons?

A:  It would be better to take it off. Watches sometimes become fast or slow after the energetic
pumping, or they can even break.

Q:  Can I help a person using the Bronnikov Method if the person does not want it?

A:  Technically, it is possible to do, but then you're faced with an ethical question. It would probably be better
for everybody to solve problems when assistance is asked for instead of "forced" assistance.

Q:  Is it possible to study Bronnikov Method without assistance?

A:  Yes, it is possible. Although, there are some health restrictions that can be analyzed only by a method
expert. Also, it has to be mentioned that many of the exercises should be performed with a partner.
Correct exercise performance and real learner ability to work with energy needs to be tested too. In any
case, it is not recommended to switch on bio-computer without assistance control. It would be better if you
do it in one of the regional Bronnikov Centers.

Q:  Can it happen that a person does not assimilate the method after the first stage?

A:  Everyone gets the next results after the first stage lessons:
1. Energy state, super-consciousness body becomes normal.
2. Knowledge of how to keep this norm during life by using the first stage exercises.
3. Ability to help in health improvement of relatives and friends by using the first stage exercises.
4. Possibility to pass simple skills of work with bio-energy to children, relatives, friends. In the case of
additional training, the person can become the teacher of the method.

Note: Not everyone can switch on the bio-computer after the standard course: only 70% of adults, but all
children. Some need more time and effort to harmonize his energy structures. Switching on the bio-computer
is the certain test of man's ability to enter the second stage of method.

Q:  Why do children open their bio-computer better than adults?

A:  While all energetic structures of man are stable and balanced, the energetic informational exchange with
super-consciousness is not a problem. Our super-consciousness grows and feeds out the physical body, and
takes care of it until the age of 12-14. Then, the body doesn't need assistance as much.  The production of
sexual hormones is growing. Sexual energy grows and initiates strong emotions. From this time, the physical
body uses energy of emotional and informational parts of our consciousness and sub-consciousness.
Our super-consciousness gives the control power to “hands” of consciousness and does not
participate in it. As a result, it is very difficult to get the super-consciousness back.  Children, on the other
hand, still stay at the channel of direct connection with super-consciousness.

Q:  Can my whole family study the Bronnikov Method?

A:  Yes, of course. Furthermore, you described the ideal situation. Not only my family, but my friends have also
studied this method. Relationships improve, including the mode of life. This is one more point of contact -
a theme that is interesting to everyone. Another advantage is the possibility to help each other at any moment.
