The 2005 educational film on the first stage of the Bronnikov Method consists of two
parts. The first part covers the theoretical basis of the method pertaining to the history of the
method, general safety measures for performing the exercises, and exercises of the first
stage. The second part covers the theoretical basis of the method pertaining to the scheme of
human fields, quality logistics by Ledbiter, and more exercises of the first stage. Exercises are
performed by the author of the method, V.M. Bronnikov, and followed by comments from
expert diagnosticians and physician consultants.
