Impressions and opinions on the Bronnikov Method and its application can be divided into
three large groups: the method itself, technology of its application, philosophy and ideology.

Philosophy, ideology and the method itself form the so-called integral sight on the world:
man is considered part of the Cosmos and an active subject of space and not as an object
of external power influence.

That is why the subject “modern conceptions of natural science” should be created with the
ideological generalizations of V.M. Bronnikov taken into consideration. This subject could
be included from the very first course in the higher professional education program as well
as in the specialized secondary education programs.

The technology of applying this method can be defined as “Psycho-technological self-
regulating management”, where management is the control of any object including the
human organism. This course can be taught to students of any specialization and can
replace part of the physical training because the effectiveness of the Bronnikov Method is
by far, higher than traditional ways of personal, mental and physical development.

Teaching first-year students on the basis of virtual psychology with the use of the bio-
computer will increase the quality of learning considerably and improve their memory
qualities and their ability to take up, digest, store and reproduce information. However, the
problem now consists of the necessity of training teachers and the development of special
programs for students.

New prospects are given to professions like radio electronics, management, economics,
telecommunications, ecology and environment quality management, and of course to the
medical and social professions.

The educational training center “Psycho-technological self-regulating management ” has
been created within the Academy of Innovations Management (under the treaty with the
International Academy of Human Development). Its goals are training our students, as well
as their teachers, in the Bronnikov Method, developing new teaching tools, and spreading
this method and its philosophy in various educational institutions.
