For many people, there are no subjects more important than those which are
connected with our education. The problem of stable development, which is under the
study of Academician Moiseyev, will never be solved without it.

There exists an indicator called a human development index. It shows the state's level
of care about its young generation. There also exists the notion of nation's educational
potential. This is the whole of knowledge produced by this or that nation. Now there are
only two countries which can be leaders in this sphere. They are Russia and USA, but
as long as the ecological situation is getting worse and worse in our country, support of
education is abruptly going down, and conditions become desperate.

The only thing that can save us is the change to commercial preparation of specialists
for the whole world with the use of new technologies offered by V.M. Bronnikov. The
only question is if our education would be able to compete with the western one.

It is also said nowadays that 70% of children in our schools are sick. If we do not find
some alternative way of recovery, the further development of education is at a loss.
